Situated near Kaukapakapa in a quiet rural setting K9 Country is only 300m from SH16 ( the alternative route north). See the location map for directions. Our farm of 35 acres allows plenty of opportunity for exercise and walking, in addition there is a secure 1 acre play/exercise area which also has a pond for those dogs that enjoy a swim.
We want you to be able to enjoy your holiday or time away secure in the knowledge that your dog will be well looked after in a secure and comfortable environment. We also welcome contact whilst you are away by phone or email if you want to know that everything is ok.
I am a qualified Vet nurse and have over 25 years experience in breeding, showing and training dogs of all sizes. I have designed large runs and a separate area for small dogs and want the dogs to feel "at home " as much as possible. There is a Vet on 24 hour call and we can administer any medication that your dog requires as well as post-op care. We also take bitches in season.
